Celebrated restaurateur Tom Douglas has brought the authentic flavors of Northern Italy to South Lake Union with Cuoco.  "Cuoco" translates to "cook" and the dishes on this menu are sure to fire up your appetite. From handmade pastas and artisanal cheeses to gelato and tiramisu, Cuoco is a great stop for a full dinner or simply to satisfy a sweet tooth.
